H,

When I am on the Cost Management + Billing page, from March 2024 onwards, I am getting a "No cost reported during this period" message.

I already have resources set up so I do know I will be charged for them and this should not be empty. In the past, I did not have this error and the graph would be displayed as normal.User's imageThe Forecasting panel shows "Can't do forecast - cost training data is empty (Code: FailedDependency)"

What reason for this error and what can I do to resolve it?

Hello @johananmahendran Thank you for contacting us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to help!

From the details provided above, I understand that you are looking for cost details from March 2024 onwards and getting a "No cost reported during this period" message.

I noticed that you are checking the cost at your billing account level. So, we will have to check in the backend if you have any cost or not for March 2024.

Also, if the Forecasting panel is showing a "Can't do forecast - cost training data is empty" message, it could indicate that there is not enough historical data to generate a forecast. You may need to wait until more data is available before a forecast can be generated.

For now, the best option that I would suggest is to contact Azure support by creating a support ticket to check in the backend for data related to cost for the month of March - 2024. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Here is the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

    Hope this helps!
