Restore Microsoft Authenticator when same account exists in multiple organisations

Question

I recently acquired a new work phone and am going through the process of restoring my Microsoft Authenticator accounts onto the new device. However I have hit a problem because my work account exists as a guest account in several organisations that I work with so when I try to scan the QR code, it's the same account where I have already set up MFA for another organisation. Why, when I add it for one does it not sync for all? Is there any workaround for this?
