Deploy latest office 365

Question

We are deploying the latest office 365 client to our Windows 11 devices now. I have created office 365 installer under Office 365 Client Management and deployed it to the device collection.

However, some users have reported that office 365 installation failed, after I manually remove previous version office 365 in one computer, it installs the latest office 365 successfully, no error anymore. How can I uninstall previous version office 365 to the failed Windows 11 devices?
