Not able to cancel Azure subscription

I am being billed for an Azure suscription that I never approved. I have tried calling many times only to be transferred around with no solution. I have also tried to cancel it on the portal, but it does not allow me to do so. How can I get this done? It's very frustrating!

    Hi @Carmen B Molina ,

    the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

    Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription. It's essential to use that account.

    Also you can call the global number for support and reset the access.
