Teams + OneDrive 404 Error

Question

I have an end user that recently had a name change and is trying to access OneDrive files via their Teams application and they are receiving a 404 error. They receive this same error when trying to access their office apps via OWA.

I have ensured they are logging in with their correct new username and PW.

Any idea as to what could be causing this issue?

Could you please tell me:

Can this user access the files through the OneDrive app or Teams web client?

Are there other users within the organization facing the same issue?

You can try clearing Teams cache and restarting.

You can also refer to "Error: 404 File/Page not found" in OneDrive or SharePoint to troubleshoot OneDrive 404 errors.
