How to disable "the attachment is open. don't forget to save the file if you made any changes" error in outlook auto save macro. Every time any new attachment received i got this error

I have a remote system which was working fine for last 3 years but suddenly i am started to received attached error when any new item received in Outlook. My outlook have macro which save all the attachement in specified folders but this error have stopped all my automation . Till i not click ok nothing works.

I have the same issue which started happening few weeks ago. I use VBA code to save attachments in specific shared folders. Outlook is running on a virtual machine 24/7 which I access remotely. This is my company's domain, so I cannot do version updates. Currently we are running Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2402 Build 16.0.17328.20282) 32-bit. Error is showing multiple times a day, not every time. Any attachments .csv, .txt, etc. Any thoughts?
