Hello,
I’m looking for help with an issue I’ve encountered while integrating on-premises servers into Azure Arc. The servers in question are primarily running Windows Server 2016 or 2019 within a VMware environment. After executing the installation script, the servers successfully join Azure Arc. However, they exhibit random but regular logoffs. Additionally, I’ve observed system log entries for Event ID 7001 and 7002, specifically pertaining to the Customer Experience Improvement Program.
Has anyone faced similar challenges, or can provide insights into what might be causing these logoffs and event log entries? Any guidance on troubleshooting or resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Intermittent sign-outs occur on all on-premises VM or non-VM servers enrolled with Azure Arc. Until I found your query, I haven't opened a ticket thinking the issue was specific to agents (patch/antivirus/update) running on our servers.
