Hello, I came across this website https://www.tetyys.com/SAPI4/ and it says it is Microsoft Sam TTS Generator is an online interface for part of Microsoft Speech API 4.0 which was released in 1998. Is this under copyright? I am wanting to do a film project with it which will be public and was wondering if I could use it?
