Hello, I have a end user that is receiving this error code when trying to sign into any M365 app. This happens daily when signing on and I would like to find a permanent fix. I would attach a screenshot but that doesn't seem to be working right now.

User enters login credentials and Microsoft authenticator code then this error pops up for any m365 app / teams / OneDrive.

User is in another state so can't come into office.

Hi @S Manoj , this error usually occurs when the user has not granted permission for Single Sign-On (SSO) to access their account.

To resolve this issue, the user needs to permit SSO. Here are the steps to do so:

    1. The user should go to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page and enter their credentials.
    2. After entering their credentials, the user will be prompted to grant permission for SSO to access their account.
    3. The user should click on "Accept" or "Yes" to grant permission.
    4. Once the user has granted permission, they should be able to sign in to Microsoft 365 apps without any issues.

If the issue persists, the user can try clearing their browser cache and cookies or try using a different browser.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
