Hi @S Manoj , this error usually occurs when the user has not granted permission for Single Sign-On (SSO) to access their account.
To resolve this issue, the user needs to permit SSO. Here are the steps to do so:
- The user should go to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page and enter their credentials.
- After entering their credentials, the user will be prompted to grant permission for SSO to access their account.
- The user should click on "Accept" or "Yes" to grant permission.
- Once the user has granted permission, they should be able to sign in to Microsoft 365 apps without any issues.
If the issue persists, the user can try clearing their browser cache and cookies or try using a different browser.
