Hello,

Is there anyone who can provide information on whether and how notifications for Teams channels can be configured within the MS Teams admin center for all users in the organization?

We aim to establish notification settings for all Teams channels to ensure users receive banner notifications whenever something is posted to the channel.

Is this achievable?

There is no such setting could control all Teams channels to let users receive banner notifications whenever something is posted to the channel.

If the poster intends everyone to be notified, we recommend you use @mention the channel or the entire team.
