outlook has locked my account

Outlook has locked my business account for no reason at all. Trying to recover it now is a nightmare. Cant' log in to my account for further help (as it's locked) and can't recover it, as it won't recognise my phone number. Tried calling, but that was a waste of time.
Please help, i'm losing a lot of business because of this.
