I've read this on here several times already, but no answers besides "send us your account and a screenshot". I started learning Azure a few weeks ago, and in the first Learn module where I had to use the sandbox (I have never used the sandbox before in my life), I click to activate it, and it immediately greets my by saying I was suspended for suspicious behaviour. The module is Describe the core architectural components of Azure, on Exercise: Create an Azure Module.

I appealed immediately, upon which the text "Your appeal has been received. Appeals are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and may take several days to process. If your appeal is approved, you will regain access to sandboxes and other interactive learning resources." appeared. There has been no change in this text for several weeks now. Can anyone assist me?

    Hi Kilanig,

    Thank you for your patience.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced in accessing the sandbox.

While we are committed to keeping you informed of any updates as they become available, we recommend a workaround for the time being. We suggest signing up for an Azure free account through the provided link: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free, where you can create a sandbox environment.

For guidance on running Microsoft Learn training exercises in your own subscription, please refer to this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/use-your-own-subscription.
