Why does OneDrive create copies of my files which cannot be deleted separately?

To use my own structure of my photos I created my own folder structure on the OneDrive. To place the photos after syncing from "Photos" to the appropriate folder I download them in the target. --- OR IS THERE A NORMAL WQAYX TO MOVE A FILE FROM PHOITOS TO ANOTHER FOLDER???? --- And after the download I wont toi delete the from Photos, but at the confirmation I get the warning, that ALL the copies will be deleted. Why is it so?=
