My network is not connected to the internet. How can I create a GPO to stop this "Error" from appearing in my event log:

Event ID: 1111
Message:
Driver Send to Microsoft OneNote 16 Driver required for printer OneNote (Desktop) is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.
Note: I do not know what is "OneNote" and I don't care if "OneNote" is completely disabled in order to prevent these "errors" from appearing in my logs.
Delete the OneNote printer or uninstall OneNote to resolve the problem. Nobody even knows what OneNote is or does.
Please tell me is the server being accessed through RDP?
According to my research, this error often occurs when you RDP from a desktop with various print drivers.
OneNote itself is not relevant to this, RDP will do this if you have it set to redirect the print drivers on the client to the machine you are accessing.
If so, on the Remote Desktop Connection Screen, please click on Options, click on Local Resources Tab, and uncheck Printers in the Local devices and Resources to turn it off.
Besides, what operating system you are using?
Methods in “Event ID 1111 — Terminal Services Printer Redirection” may be helpful for you..

This is a great question. We have 80 RDP users hitting a server. It may not be practical to have them fix this on their own. It is really only an annoyance in the event log. I'm following the thread, curious about whether a GPO can be enabled to remove the same error.

Thank you for your help. Yes, this server is accessed via RDP. The server is running Windows Server 2019 (without a printer called OneNote) and the RDP client is running Windows 10 (with a printer called OneNote (Desktop)).
Is there a way to disable "Driver Send to Microsoft" via GPO? I don't even know what the English phrase "Driver Send to Microsoft" means but I want to disable it. I assume it's some kind or reaching out to Microsoft that happens on the internet. My network is not connected to the internet.
Even if the RDP users are trying to use printer local resources -- I still do not want to "Driver Send to Microsoft". Can I disable this forest-wide via GPO?

JLong: I'm new to using these Microsoft "forum" or "questions" or whatever this is called. How did you see my message? Do you just read all posts every day? Or do you periodically check for discussions about issues that are important to you such as this Driver Send to Microsoft issue?

Your comment has me laughing. Normally, I never monitor the lists. Normally, I have some control over my days. Last night was the exception. Our team had a serious issue and I was up many more hours than normal. If I have to wait for a process, it helps to keep me sharp (and awake) by looking through the list.
Do you just "peruse" the master list of all questions people ask Microsoft? As near as I can tell, they are not organized in any way!
