Request to remove ban as it has been more than a year

I request the removal of the ban imposed on me from taking Microsoft exams. In February 2023 I was unfortunately banned for a year. It has now been over a year, and I am eager to resume my certification journey.
The email says that the ban will be automatically removed in Feb 2024 but its still not removed. I have sent an email to mlsecure@microsoft.com and they say that due to system maintenance they cannot lift the ban.
can you please lift the ban and provide an estimated time so that I can know when I can give my exam again
