Hi Team,

Post the completion of SCCM installation, in the configmgrsetup.log it generates this error in the end.

omGetServerRoleAvailabilityState could not read from the registry on primary server name; error = 5: (Just removed server name deliberately).

FYI- We checked the other components like MP, DP, SMS Provider got installed successfully as part of installation. DB looks good as well.

Query - Is this something can be ignored, or do we need to do any configuration at registry level? Please suggest. Attached log for the reference. error log after sccm install

    Hi, @Mohd Atif Husain

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on my experience, this error can be safely ignored as it does not affect the functionality of SCCM.

SCCM was recently created and installed, but I had to reinstall it, the same error occurred and when checking, I noticed that no site had the same name (Ex: SCM) being already created in Active Directory.

We redid the installation by changing the website name and pressing installation.
