az login , so you can login to the Subscription first ?

Instead of the ID have you tried the name of the Subscription ?

Also try with and without quotes

--subscription "myAzureSub" , or --subscription myAzureSub or 0202020202-0202020 or "0303030-030303"

Since your access request to use Face Service has been granted, you should be able to use the Face service.

Are you programming your project using c# language ? If Yes, and if you want to use the Azure AI Vision Face SDK within your Face Project, you should just add it using Nuget package as shown below:

Right click on the Dependencies and select the Manage nuget packages:

Under the Browse tab, search for Microsoft.Azure.CognitiveServices.Vision.Face and click on install:

The Azure AI Face service sample code and sample projects are available here:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/computer-vision/quickstarts-sdk/identity-client-library?tabs=windows%2Cvisual-studio&pivots=programming-language-csharp

Please note, You don't need Powershell / CLI commands like above to perform to install Face SDK in your project.
