    Hello,

Regarding the issue with your PIN, it's possible that there may be a problem with the Windows Hello feature on your device. I would recommend checking for any available updates for your device.

As for the issue with your wallpaper changing and the error message about the buffer being full, it's possible that there may be a virus or malware on your device. I would recommend running a full virus scan, as well as checking for any suspicious programs or files on your device. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/help-protect-my-pc-with-microsoft-defender-offline-9306d528-64bf-4668-5b80-ff533f183d6c

If the issues persist after trying these steps, it may be necessary to reset your device to its factory settings. However, please note that resetting your device will erase all of your personal files and data, so it's important to back up any important information before proceeding with a reset.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
