Hi Team,

We are migrating device and user identity across the domain in different forest. After migration of the device the user is trying to access the new profile with using new domain credential, but always prompt for old credentials and attaching the below screenshot. How can we resolve this?

    Hi @Prabhjot Singh ,

    Welcome to our forum!

After migration of the device the user is trying to access the new profile with using new domain credential

How did you access the new profile?

Considering several factors, it's suggested that you could try to use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, which works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem.

If it doesn't help, it's suggested that you could try the below troubleshooting steps:

    1. Remove all entries which has "Office" or "Outlook" in the name via Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows credentials tab. User's image
    2. Create a new Outlook profile:
      1. Go to Control Panel, view by Large icons, select Mail, click "Show profiles".
      2. Click Add, specify a name for the new profile, OK: 161082-2.png
      3. In the prompted account setup dialogue box, clear the prefilled account name if there is, manually type the account name and password to see if it can work: 161091-3.png

    Hope to help you!
