Not able to see the scheduled exam on credentials dashboard

please find below details :

Appointment Details

Order Number: ‎0070-9843-3726 ‎

Exam: AI-102 - Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution - English (ENU)

Candidate ID: ‎MS0996434875‎

Registration ID: 474538462

I am not able to see the scheduled exam in the credential menu.

from the support team, I learned that there are two accounts in my name with the same email address.
can you please help me in the same to keep one account active?
