    Hi Marco LuiSilva,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum!

    1. Check Your Master Password: Ensure that you are entering the correct master password when accessing your password manager. Sometimes, a simple typo can cause confusion. If you’ve forgotten your master password, follow the account recovery process provided by your password manager.
    2. Verify Sync Settings: If you use multiple devices, make sure your password manager is set to sync across all of them. Sometimes, discrepancies occur due to unsynchronized data. Check if your password manager has an option to force a sync or update.
    3. Check for Updates: Ensure that your password manager app is up-to-date. Outdated versions may have bugs or compatibility issues. Visit the app store or official website to download the latest version.
    4. Restart the App: Close the password manager app completely and reopen it. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve glitches.
    5. Check for Data Corruption: If your password manager data file is corrupted, it could cause issues. Look for any signs of corruption or errors. Some password managers have built-in repair tools. Explore your app’s settings to find such options.
    6. Review Security Software and Settings: Security software (such as antivirus or firewall) might interfere with your password manager. Temporarily disable any security software and check if the issue persists. Also, ensure that your password manager is allowed through any firewall or security settings.
    7. Contact Support: Reach out to the customer support team of your password manager. They can provide specific guidance based on the app you’re using. Describe the issue in detail and mention any recent changes you made (such as updating the app or changing settings).

    Regards,
