I am reaching out to address an issue I have encountered with the speech Synthesis Language(
microsoft.cognitiveservices.speech.sdk
) functionality in JavaScript.
I have noticed that when attempting to use the Hebrew language code (he-IL) for text-to-speech, the functionality does not seem to work as expected. The web service on Chrome browser.
with en-US code all work good
Could you please assist me in understanding if there are any known issues or limitations with the speechSynthesisLanguage functionality specifically in Hebrew (he-IL)?

You should try to use audio content creation tool from speech studio to check if same synthesis is providing a similar response. If yes, then the issue is with the speech model of the service rather than the SDK.
You should also report the issue you are seeing on the speech SDK repo. Please use this page to report the issue.
