Updating app screenshots impossible because broken ui in partner center

I want to change screenshots for my app in the partner center, but the interface is not working.

Usually i see the screenshots here and I can add/remove them. Now i see this, and none of the links are working.

I tried chrome and edge, also disabled all my plugins in chrome, didn't help.

This way I can't change any pictures.

Here too, it seems that the APP is broken and it is impossible to submit a support ticket.

The Partner Center app tries to load this non-existent resource and completely breaks.
