I received an email from Microsoft on 2/7/2024 (UTC), which read as follows：
Congratulations!
Your Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription has been renewed. Your new expiration date is 5/6``/2024 (UTC).
However，I received an another email from Microsoft on 4/14/2024 (UTC), which read as follows：
Notice: Your Microsoft 365 Trial Developer Subscription and data were deleted on 4/13``/2024 (UTC).
When I checked my dashboard, I found that my subscription was now listed as "Deleted subscription" with "0 days left".
I would like to know why this happened without any notice.
