I am trying to add a google email account to the new outlook, but I get an error from google that says:

Access blocked: Authorization Error from Google when trying to add google account to outlook

"New OUtlook" is getting beyond irritating. This morning, on starting NO, I get a message box: Sign in with google...Access Blocked: Authorization error". This is an ancient account, one I connected to outlook long ago.

Since NO, I've had to shut down email before "sleeping" the computer. If I didn't, it woke up with "access denied" and I had to restart it anyway.

There is a myriad of other issues as well, copiously documented (and ignored) in threads at answers.microsoft.com. I cannot understand why MS keeps releasing versions that stumble so frequently and in such obvious ways.
