Yesterday, I created the Access Review for the group.

Steps I followed, as mentioned below:

  1. Goto Identity Governance -> Access Review-> New Access Review-> Select what to review "Teams + Group."
  2. Review Scope: Teams+Group
  3. Group - I selected the group for which I need to have an access review done.
  4. Scope: All Users
  5. Rest of the steps... But the moment I hit the Create button on the main screen, I got no access to review. Why is that? Today, I created the Access Review for the group it was created. User's image

From the horse's mouth (albeit a bit ambiguous): - This feature requires Microsoft Entra ID Governance or Microsoft Entra Suite subscriptions, for your organisation's users. Some capabilities, within this feature, may operate with a Microsoft Entra ID P2 subscription. For more information, see the articles on each capability for more details. To find the right license for your requirements, see Microsoft Entra ID Governance licensing fundamentals. Edit: - I finally found a definitive answer: "Access reviews are a Microsoft Entra ID Governance capability".
