Exchange 2019 CU14 fails - Cannot bind argument to parameter 'RequireSSL' because it is null

We are running Exchange 2019 Server with CU13 and Advanced Protection enabled.

When running the CU14 update, the setup fails with an error message:

"Get-PushNotificationsVirtualDirectory - Cannot bind argument to parameter 'RequireSSL' because it is null"

What steps can we take to fix the error and install CU14 correctly?

Thank you very much!

    Hi,

According to your description ,you can try to Use  Exchange server Health Check to find out if there are any configuration issues : https://microsoft.github.io/CSS-Exchange/Diagnostics/HealthChecker/

Also, you can  try to change the value of IIS -> Sites -> Exchange Back End -> PushNotifications -> SSL Settings

as well as SSL Settings for the "bin" path within Exchange Back End -> PushNotifications.

Please feel free to let me know if any updates.
