How can we enable power automate option for user so that he can create flow?

Hey everyone,

I have created the list on SharePoint, now I can create flow using power automate and multiple things. Basically I can see all available options.

But after sharing the List with full control to other user he is not able see all options, specially Power automate because I want my after giving full control he should able to create flow atleast. User's image

As you can see he is only able to power apps option not power automate and other options.

How can we enable this for users ? or Is there any other way to do this? Can we create flow to enable this option for the user?

    Hey Aman, chances are this is a Power Automate licensing issue. First spot I'd check is if the user has Power Automate enabled as part of their M365 license.

    This may be enabled in the user's Entra Identity profile or in a Group depending on how your team applies licenses.

    Let's start there and if that doesn't work we'll continue to next steps.

    As Andrew Geddes said, go to the Entra admin center -> All users -> Choose the user -> Licenses -> Microsoft Power Automate Free Licenses -> Trun on the Flow Free.
