According to our research, filters are enabled by default in Teams Planner. If you want to clear filter conditions, you need to manually click the Clear All option. This is by design.
If you want to avoid the filters (which are empty when entering Planner), you need to use the Planner app on M365 instead of using Planner through Teams. The filters in the Planner app on M365 are turned off by default.
At the same time, you can also click the More button on the right side of the Board page to submit your feedback to MS.
Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
