According to the discription, the problems with Send to Mail Recipient can use below methods to help fix:
- You can try download a revious version of Thunderbird if you upgraded it recently, also, try report the "send to -> email recipient " problem to Thunderbird.
- If you haven't upgraded it, try uninstall and reinstall Thunderbird, sometimes it will fix issue.
- Ensure Thunderbird settings match the settings for SMTP, click on settings/ Privacy&security, choose Password section, click saved passwords, choose SMTP entry, remove it. Then reconfigure your email account and try sens email.
- Open file explorer and erase the current entry in directory path field. Paste this path %appdata%MicrosoftWindowsSendTo, make sure it listed at the folder containing the mail recipient shortcut
