Understanding billing for Copilot Studio and Copilot for Microsoft 365

Can someone explain the billing structure for Copilot Studio and Copilot for Microsoft 365? I tried researching on their official websites, but I found it to be quite confusing with a lot of redundancies. From what I gathered on Reddit and tech blogs, Copilot Studio comes bundled with Copilot for M365, and we would be billed additionally if we exceed 25,000 messages. Is Copilot Studio Pro an additional $20 per month? Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
