Follow the step by step by process to connect your organization to Microsoft learning account
Step 1: Go to https://esi.microsoft.com/
Step 2: Sign-in with your organization account
Step 3: Click on Explore on Microsoft Learn Tab
Step 4: You will be re-directed to Microsoft Learning Page (which is signed in with your organizational account)
Step 5: Click on your profile picture and go to Settings
Step 6: Scroll down and go to Account Management tab
Step 7: Click on +Add Account and it will tell you to Merge the Certification account (which would be your personal certification account)
Step 8: When merged you will get an email confirmation in your personal account and your organization Learning profile in Settings tab will look like this
