Unable to associate Microsoft Learning account to the Organization

Hi,

I'm unable to link my personal Microsoft Learning account to my organization.

URL used - https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/pc/Users/MyAccount

Signed in with my organization account which then gives me option to "Associate Microsoft Learning Account"

When I click on it, it just throws below error despite trying multiple devices, browsers, incognito mode, clear cache and cookies.

Follow the step by step by process to connect your organization to Microsoft learning account

Step 1: Go to https://esi.microsoft.com/

Step 2: Sign-in with your organization account

Step 3: Click on Explore on Microsoft Learn Tab

Step 4: You will be re-directed to Microsoft Learning Page (which is signed in with your organizational account)

Step 5: Click on your profile picture and go to Settings

Step 6: Scroll down and go to Account Management tab

Step 7: Click on +Add Account and it will tell you to Merge the Certification account (which would be your personal certification account)

Step 8: When merged you will get an email confirmation in your personal account and your organization Learning profile in Settings tab will look like this
