How to add social account signup button in the sign up screen?

I am using the Signup and Signin user flow in Azure AD B2C where I have configured the Microsoft as the identity provider.

In Signin page the **Login with Microsoft** button is present. But if I head over to the signup page the button is not visible.

Is there any way to add the Login with Microsoft button?

To add the "Login with Microsoft" button to the signup page in Azure AD B2C, access your user flow settings in the Azure portal. Ensure that Microsoft is included as an identity provider in the "User attributes" section for both signin and signup processes. Save the changes, and the button should appear on the signup page.

I'm not sure to undertand the mentionned thread... They suggest to create link to login page from register page, right ?
But is there a way to get Login with social inside register screen like asked by @Subhajit Mondal ?
