Whenever we are trying to Log In on server after few times, but it seems to that server is already shut down.

And this occurs due to No one is Logged In on server.

Previously it won't happened but now it frequently happening.

Kindly provide us an answer to avoid Power On the server multiple times.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

We suggest that you check the reasons why the server often shuts down automatically when no one is logged in from the following aspects:

Check the power management settings of the server to ensure that automatic shutdown function is not configured

Check system logs or error messages to help determine if the server has encountered hardware or software failures that have caused it to automatically shut down to prevent further damage.

Check if the server is configured for automatic updates. If the update requires restarting the server, it may automatically shut down to complete the update when no one is logged in.

Check if certain security policies have been configured to automatically shut down the server when there is no activity for a period of time, in order to reduce potential security risks.

For the above issues, you can rule them out one by one and find the real reason why the server often shuts down when no one is logged in.

Hope this answer can help you well.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
