lost access to authenticator

I cannot access the tenant because I changed my phone and the authenticator doesn't work anymore. I do have access to the same tenant with my personal account but it does not have enough permissions to reset or manage the main account.

I tried to create a support request on Azure which has not been answered for over a week. Even if I could delete the account and recreate it, it would be good, but as of now there is no way to gain access to my own account!

    I 'd call the global number for support and reset the access.
