Could you please help with steps to recover emails from August 2021-September 2021 sent by user A to user B and/or User C (b and c both have left the business).

Please note:Hold enabled for all mailboxes.

    To recover deleted messages for specified conditions that mentioned above you could use Content search as the following steps:

    1. Log in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal
    2. On the Content search page, select New search

    1. On the Name and description page, enter a name for the search, an optional description.
    2. On the Locations page turn the Exchange mailboxes onA screenshot of a computer
    3. On the Conditions page, choose the conditions you want to add.A screenshot of a computer
    4. Review the search settings and then select Submit to start the search.
