Cant't load authentication section of my Azure Functions App

Question

When I navigate to the authentication section of my Azure Functions App only the following error message is shown:
Failed to load authentication setting data for your site. Please refresh the page. Refreshing the page doesn't change anything either.

Does anybody know how to fix that?
