Prezados,

Estou com algumas dificuldades em obter informações sobre o custo de voz "LRS Snapshot" que representa a maior parte do custo dos nossos discos gerenciados.

Como funciona esse custo? Eu consigo retirar esse LRS Snapshot?

@Pedro Vinicius Amaral da Silva Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

Looks like you are being charged for the snapshots created for your Managed disk.

Let's take an example, if we provision a 1 TiB Standard SSD Disk with LRS redundancy, where we also have snapshots created on the current used data capacity of 120 GiB. We're billed for the provisioned capacity of the HDD disk, the transactions performed on the disk, and the used snapshot capacity that will show as the following tier and meters in our bill:

Yes, you can remove snapshots when they are no longer needed. Deleting a snapshot reduces the associated cost. However, ensure that you have backups or other mechanisms in place before removing snapshots.

Snapshots are point-in-time copies of managed disks. They capture the disk’s data and allow you to create new disks from that snapshot. Snapshots are useful for backup, disaster recovery, and testing purposes. When you create a snapshot, you are billed based on the used portion of the disk.
