Please i need your help on this issue.

One of our user is experiencing an error message stating that her account does not exist.

When she tried to open this shared document below:

Is the Microsoft account Outlook.com account/Hotmail account? If yes, please understand that there is a separate Hotmail Support Team which can give you further support about your Hotmail issue. It's suggested that you could post your case in dedicated forum for Outlook.com for more professional advice.

If not, are you using Exchange On-premises Server or Exchange Online?

Hi Iniobong,
You are trying to login with Microsoft public account. Are you using an UPN of public account?
How do you achived this authentication login windows?
