Anyone with the link option is greyed out

Hello 

 

Please i need your help on this issue.

 

I have created a few SharePoint sites and want to be able to share documents on these sites with customers.

 

The anyone link is greyed out no matter what setting I change in any admin centers. I am the admin. I have followed all articles and suggestions online. This works fine for us for OneDrive.

    Hi, there are some details I want to confirm with you:

    1, Did this happen after you renamed your domain?

    2, Could you please show me how is your tenant sharing settings?

    3, Other sites all the same situation? Please check the site sharing settings is anyone with link.
