No DNS Setting Option in Windows 10

Its my first time asking question here, i wanna use Doh but it seems like i can't find the DNS Setting to edit the DNS.

I have tried changing it manually in the properties but i its still wont use Doh meanwhile from other Laptop its possible to setup the Doh.

How to make the DNS Setting show up so i can set up the Doh from setting menu?

    1. Click Start, click Run, type ncpa.cpl, and then click OK.
    2. In Network Connections, right-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties.
    3. Click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click Properties.
    4. In the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties dialog box, click Advanced.
    5. On the DNS tab, configure the DNS settings

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    To find the Doh settings in Windows 10, please kindly follow below steps:

    1.Go to "Settings" -> "Network & internet"

    2.Open the active network.

    3.Go to properties setting

    4.In DNS server assignment setting, click "Edit" button.

    5.In the pop out window you will be able to enable doh service for preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server.
