Server responded with a status 424 in Azure Open AI

In azure Open AI, I have added Azure Search index as a data source and model that I have deployed is IMG_20240419_115635

gpt-35-turbo-16k and model version 0613 and capacity 120k TPM. When I am trying to fetch details about "Medical insurance policy" Its giving me error that server responded with the status 424 and error message stating that We've encountered an issue with repetitive patterns in your prompt. Please try again with a different prompt, type: invalid_request_error, param:prompt, code:invalid_prompt.

I tried to use different prompts also like "Do we have documents related to medical insurance policy", " Do we offer any medical insurance policy" these prompt are working but prompts like "medical", " medical policy", "Medical insurance policy", " Give me information related to Medical insurance policy offered to Australia employees", these prompts are giving same error.

I'm not able to understand why it's happening. Please help me to resolve this.

@Manas Yadav I think the error might be due to content filtering flagging this. By default, the content filtering is on and you can disable it if you are a managed customer and check if this goes through. The form to submit a request for modifying content filters is here.

Once approved, you can follow these steps to modify the filters and try again.

Also, for the index you have configured, could you please check if the documents used have proper encoding without any weird characters? If the document has issues the indexing may not have occurred correctly causing the data to be incorrect and failing the final request when it tries to fetch content related to your prompt.
