Why are my website logins on my Authenticator app on my iPhone not showing up on the app on my ipad?

All of my non-outlook websites are not displayed on the Authenticator app on my ipad. I was thinking this was a sync issue, so I reinstalled the app, but they still only appear on my iPhone
