Graph apis for microsoft booking

Hi Team,

Our scenario is to provide a meeting schedule feature for chatbot users. Users should be able to check whether the selected participant has any meeting at that same time.

Can we use the below booking API's to book a meeting with a list of participants we have?

Is there any RSC permissions available instead of delegated or application. So that we can give the permissions for the whole chatbot application itself.

If RSC permission is not available, do we need to give the application permission to check the calendar view of the other participant? We wanted to confirm whether the user selected participant is already occupied at that time or not.
