I have lost my Amazon QR code and I can not log in to my account so can Microsoft return it?

If they can not I want to cancel the access completely to this QR in order for me to access to my account.

In the absence of a backup for restoration, the sole recourse is to utilize the account recovery methods provided by each service provider. The Microsoft Authenticator functions solely as a code generator.

I did not understand. How will I restore it? I disconnected my phone number and from Microsoft and contacted Amazon but there is no solution.
As only I want microsoft to give my a OTP once or full deactivate this process.
So how should the things go?

You contact Amazon. Only they can give you a new QR code. Microsoft does not have a copy. When you created the account in authenticator, the QR code value was sent to Amazon and they generated the key stored in Authenticator.
