Wsus install failure in windows server2016.

When i install add the role and do the deployment and configuration. It shows failure, can't do it next. I don't know how to do it. Please help me!

Looks like you're attempting to install WSUS on a DC - not a best practice - but can be done.

Unfortunately, because a domain controller doesn't have a "Local" account, you'll have to attempt it with the domain Administrator account in it's place - not one with 'domain admin' privileges but rather the Administrator account itself.
