Hello, I encountered some errors creating tickets to contact the support team about the Azure for students' subscription issue. The notification was unfortunatly not helpful.

I was unaware of this issue until now, and no specific information was provided about the reason why my subscription was disabled. It would be much appreciated if you could send me a detailed report about why it was disabled.

I wanted to provide you with more information about my situation and the virtual machine running in my subscription model: it was a MISP instance for my project of final studies that I need to complete within this month where open-source intelligence is collected and stored into a mysql database on the virtual machine. I still have $80+ available on my account as you can see on my account's cost management dashboard:

And on my payment methods' module:

I am waiting for feedback from the Microsoft team and thank you for understanding my urgent situation.

My subscription ID: 631d8164-c33c-41ec-91f5-97b41d98c132

    Hello

What should you do if you find that your account has been disabled for a violation of the Terms of Service?

    1. Check your email - For many violations of Terms of Service, you should receive an email sent to the address associated with your Azure subscription that provides additional information so that you can correct the violation. Check your email to see what action needs to be taken.
    2. Review the Terms of Service - Make sure that you review the Terms of Service so that you are aware of anything that may constitute a violation and take corrective action: Microsoft Azure Legal Information / Microsoft Azure Offer Details / Azure Terms of Service (you'll need to scroll down a bit)
    3. Create a support request - I see that you said that tried to create support ticket. What category did you choose when creating it as this can have effect. I suggest if not already use Issue type: Subscription management.
