Hello,

I'm at a loss and hoping you can help. My account seem to be disabled (it's still working) with two unpaid invoices that are due. When I try to pay them, I am alerted that I can't pay them through the portal and to contact support. When I try to click 'reactivate' I'm alerted to contact support as well.

When I contact support, I get the following notification: "Sorry, we couldn’t create a support request for this subscription as it may be disabled. Get help for disabled subscriptions at http://aka.ms/AzureSubHelp"

No information I'm directed to is helpful and I'm stuck in a loop as I need to contact support to get the account reactivated and allow me to post payments (and continue using the services).

Subscription ID is: <<REDACTED>>

How do I get out of this loop to be able to contact support?

Many thanks!

    @ITSlon

    Sorry to hear you are stuck in this loop trying to get your subscription issue resolved. You normally should be able to pay your bill if your subscription is disabled. To do so you can Resolve past due balance in the Azure portal or by using Pay Now.
    The link provided in the error also allows you to create a support request. If that doesn't resolve your issue you can try contacting our Azure Sales team via chat or phone to assist.

    Hope you are able to get your issues resolved. Let me know if I can assist further.
