Teams is not enabled

I am the admin for my organisation, we have Office Business so Teams is included. I am trying to set up teams but it keeps saying that it is not enabled.

    Do you assign the Microsoft Teams license for this account?

    It sounds like you may need to enable Teams for your organization. To do this, you will need to log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and navigate to the Teams settings. From there, you can enable Teams for your organization and configure any necessary settings.
