I'm trying to run my c++ project but now after it's done building I'm getting an error that says there is a file with a virus or malware, even though I didn't create or include any new files.
I also didn't make any changes to the code. I don't really understand what's going wrong now since everything was working fine before

Assuming you don't have some virus, I'd assume its a false positive.
What AV product are you using?
Have you ensured its fully updated?
Failing that, temporary disable your AV and see if your program then runs.
I'm not using any AV applications in particular, except for the default Windows Defender. But I do have Security Issue Analysis installed for C++ development in VS 2022

Try disabling Defender.
I must admit I was unaware of VS's "Security Issue Analysis", though I see it's installed for my VS installation too. I don't know what it does, and can't immediately find any definitive description of what it does either.
Did you try to run it without Debugger (<Ctrl+F5>)?
